Expertise
Since launching my firm in 2003, I’ve served eight times as interim executive director for O‘ahu-based nonprofits in the arts, women’s issues, youth services, the environment and mental healthcare. My executive transition practice often includes agency assessment, search management, Board mentoring and leadership coaching.
I’m skilled at creating structure and form that moves great ideas from the concept and vision stage to implementation. My purpose is to transform my clients’ aspirations into successful actions, products and programs that benefit our world.
Fundraising services include donor research, grant writing, media relations, resource development, special events and sponsorship cultivation.
