I started Jeff Berlin Consulting to help facilitate positive change with individuals, organizations, and communities. When people are engaged and satisfied at work, I believe they are more positive individuals, friends, parents, partners, and community members. Focusing on the people-side of organizations has a broader influence on community health and well-being.
The expectations of work are changing and in order for companies to recruit, engage, and retain talent, they need to change as well. I help facilitate this process.

Jeff is an organizational development consultant blending a diverse academic background with a practitioner’s orientation towards action and change.
He obtained a PhD in Community and Cultural Psychology from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, a Graduate Certificate in International Cultural Studies from the East-West Center, and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.
For the past 15 years, Jeff has worked as an organizational development consultant in non-profit, aeronautics/space, finance, education, and public health industries. His specialty areas include organizational research, facilitation, learning and development, leadership development, coaching, strategic planning, remote work, and change leadership. Now leading Jeff Berlin Consulting, he is grateful to collaborate with people and organizations throughout the state and beyond.
