It is my firm belief that the clients are the ones who know their customers and their industry the best. With that being the case, it is typically much more about helping the client to organize and utilize their knowledge in a way that allows them to be the most efficient and effective. This applies to a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, grant writing, business planning, strategic planning, and feasibility studies. In each case, the client and his/her staff members typically have the most valuable information regarding the ins and outs of the organization, potential plans for the future, market trends, and historical information, just to name a few. Much of the support provided to the client then comes in the form of data and information gathering using various tools and techniques, documenting and recording, analysis, writing and editing, as well as long-range planning and evaluation.
Many of the competitive advantages of Keoki Noji Consulting LLC stem from background and experience not only working with a wide range of businesses and organizations, but also the experience of working in and with many communities throughout Hawai’i. This experience provides many best practices and lessons learned collected over the years, as well as knowledge about the communities themselves including strengths, assets, challenges, and barriers. This experience and information helps greatly in regards to informing future plans and activities.
