EcoLOGIC provides facilitation, process design, and project management services for government agencies, planning firms, non-profits, and community organizations embarking on large-scale natural resource projects
For over a decade, our Principal, Miranda Foley, has designed and executed large-scale natural resource projects and policy initiatives. Miranda has a niche specialty in partnerships and has worked alongside governments, non-profits, landowners, and communities across Hawaii and the Pacific.
She has a track record of successful outcomes and serves as a motivational catalyst who is results and process oriented. Miranda is a proven relationship and team builder, especially within partnerships. As problem solver with exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills, Miranda navigates clients toward their desired goals.
Clients often have a known goal or outcome in mind, but are uncertain about an efficient process to get there. For initiatives that involve policy, science, and communities, the process can be especially intimidating. Examples may include implementing a legislated partnership, defining an operating structure that involves many agencies, constructing a multi-jurisdictional natural resources plan, authentically engaging stakeholder input, or navigating the policy arena to make a project happen.
EcoLOGIC serves as the steersman for existing teams, programs, and partnerships. We support the coaches/leaders and work under their direction to map out opportunities and issues, identify options to strategically move forward, and assist in motivating their team toward that destination.
